Eagles-Bears Week 15 Odds, Betting Insights and Point Total

The Eagles take their league leading 12-1 record to Chicago for a matchup with the Bears as nine point road favorites.

Jalen Hurts leads the red-hot Eagles into Soldier Field for a showdown with Justin Fields and the Bears in Week 15.

Philadelphia has a league-best 12-1 record and will look to extend its four-game winning streak on Sunday. The Eagles have been favored in every game this season but have not allowed bettors to capitalize on their perfect 6-0 record away from Lincoln Financial Field. The NFC leaders have failed to cover against the spread in four of those contests (2-4 against the spread). They’ve been favored in 12 consecutive regular-season road contests, posting a dismal 5-7 ATS (41.7%) mark.

Coming off their bye, Chicago will attempt to snap their six-game losing streak (0-6 straight up, 1-5 ATS). The Bears have not been a team to trust at home posting a 3-8-1 ATS (25%) mark over their last 12 games at Soldier Field.

Dating back to 2013, the Eagles are 5-0 SU and ATS over their last five meetings with the Bears.

Odds and Betting Insights

The Eagles have the league’s best scoring offense (29.7 points per game) and should be able to move the ball both in the air and on the ground against one of the NFL’s worst defenses. The Bears are surrendering the fourth most points per game (25.6).

Chicago ranks 27th against the run, allowing 146.3 yards per game on the ground. Jalen Hurts and Miles Sanders find a favorable matchup to hit paydirt versus a Bears defense that has surrendered 23 rushing touchdowns. The dynamic tandem of Sanders and Hurts on the ground has been nearly unstoppable in 2022, as they’ve combined for 15 rushing touchdowns

Justin Fields will need to exhibit better ball security against a Nick Sirianni coached crew that leads the NFL in takeaways (21). The Bears, who rank 24th in the NFL with 24 turnovers, will likely attempt to beat the Eagles with an offensive attack based primarily on the ground. Fields leads all quarterbacks with 905 rushing yards and anchors the league’s best rushing offense averaging 189.2 yards per game.

Philadelphia surrendered 13 rushing touchdowns over their first 12 games but have corrected their defensive woes over the last two weeks. In victories over the Titans and Giants, the ‘Birds held Derrick Henry and Saquon Barkley in check allowing just 51 rushing yards per game and no touchdowns.

Eagles Straight-Up Record: 12-1

Eagles Against The Spread Record: 8-4

Bears Straight-Up Record: 3-10

Bears Against The Spread Record: 4-8-1
