Gators wear all-orange jerseys for first time since 1989

Saturday September 12th, 2015

The Florida Gators debuted a new look for their game against East Carolina on Saturday.

Of course, the new look is actually an old one.

Florida's captains voted on wearing an orange-on-orange uniform for the team's game against the Pirates. Florida brought back the orange tops a few years ago.

The last time the Gators wore the all-orange outfit was in 1989 against Kentucky.

Florida won its season opener against New Mexico State and is looking to move to 2-0 against East Carolina.

The Gators take on SEC foe Kentucky next week.
