Fountain on Oklahoma State's campus dyed maroon
The water in a fountain outside Oklahoma State's main library was mysteriously dyed maroon this week, the school color of Missouri State, Saturday's football opponent.
As reported by the Oklahoman, instead of dye the culprits used latex paint, which could ruin the fountain, according to Oklahoma State concierge Matt Fletcher.

It isn't known if Missouri State coach Terry Allen was aware of the prank, but he did have high praise for his team's opponent.
“Obviously, they played very well against the number-one team in the country with the Heisman Trophy winner,” Allen said, according to the Oklahoman. “In my opinion, they looked faster than Florida State. That in a nutshell scares you to death.”
Oklahoma State has won all six meetings between the schools, including a 57-13 victory in 2008 in their last meeting. Oklahoma State lost its opening game of the season 37-31 to top-ranked Florida State last week. Missouri State won its opener 34-27 over Northwestern State.
