WHAT'S AT STAKE

The Huskies have little room for slipups if they want to remain in position for a playoff berth. The Golden Bears look to beat a ranked team for a third time in a season for the first time since 2002 and move one step closer to bowl eligibility.

KEY MATCHUP

Washington secondary vs. Cal WRs. Huskies CB Sidney Jones leads a strong secondary with a Pac-12 beat 14 pass breakups. The DBs will have a tough task this week. Freshmen Demetris Robertson and Melquise Stovall each had nine catches last week and Chad Hansen (9.8 catches per game) could be back after missing two games with an ankle injury.

PLAYERS TO WATCH

Washington: WR Dante Pettis. Pettis broke a school record with his fifth career punt return for TD last week to provide the winning margin at Utah. Pettis has brought two punts back for scores this season and also has 29 catches for 470 yards and eight TDs.

California: QB Davis Webb. Webb has been busy this season, leading the nation in pass attempts (415) and ranking second with 29 TD passes and third with 259 completions.
