Sports Illustrated has ranked every team in college basketball 1- 353, and although Michigan State snagged the No. 1 spot, one team to keep an eye on is Penny Hardaway’s Memphis Tigers. SI ranked the squad at No. 16, but the 4-time NBA All-Star’s program had the nation’s best recruiting class with five top-60 recruits.
