Michigan State-Michigan renew Big Ten rivalry on Saturday

The road team has won each of the last four matchups in this series.

Two in-state Big Ten foes clash for the 112th matchup of Michigan State and Michigan. The two first played in 1898, but have been playing for the Paul Bunyan Trophy since 1953. Michigan may have a 70-36-5 edge overall, but the road team has won the past four meetings. SI’s Amy Campbell says that while Michigan is the heavy favorite, throw out the records because this game is going to be wild.
