New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham was the first person from the government to ask universities at the FBS level to not participate in this year's season. The two FBS schools in the state are the University of New Mexico Lobos and the New Mexico State Aggies. Sports Illustrated's Pat Forde shares his thoughts on the governor's statement.
