Olympic Luger Tucker West's Dad is the Best/Worst Wingman Ever

Last week, 18-year-old American luger Tucker West was embarrassed by his dad, Brett, who told the Today Show "I just want to say to all the young ladies out there, Tucker is very single and he’s a little shy, so you’ll have to reach out to him."

Indeed, I can't imagine a bigger nightmare for an 18-year-old than being described as "very single" by your father on national TV.

But as it turns out, Brett is a pretty sly wingman. In the day's following West's announcement, social media exploded with eligible young ladies offering to date -- and even marry -- Tucker.

And there are many, many (many) more.

West finished 23rd in his event, but the young athlete has a very bright future at the Olympics, and apparently with the ladies (just look at those boyish good looks *swoon*!).
