A wiener dog rally -- yes, you read correctly -- took place at Emerald Downs in the beautiful state of Washington last weekend. Among the many participants was a disabled dachshund named -- drum roll, please -- Anderson Pooper.

This is the kind of event I can see Triumph the Insult Comic Dog crashing.
