A seagull learned a tough lesson about flying around soccer stadiums over the weekend when it was hit with a clearance kick from Hibernian FC's Callum Best.

A seagull learned a tough lesson about flying around soccer stadiums over the weekend when it was hit with a clearance kick from Hibernian FC's Callum Best.

The Edinburgh-based club was playing a friendly against Dunfermline when the seagull was clipped by a sky-high ball.

Luckily for all involved, the bird recovers after a brief tailspin and flies away, giving the story a much happier ending than Randy Johnson's famed run-in with a feathered friend.
