Why is this child so sad? He's standing in the Georgia Tech fan section, so I assume he's rooting for them.

Why is this child so sad? He's standing in the Georgia Tech fan section and he's the only one not celebrating. Perhaps he's a Virginia Tech fan who came to the game unaccompanied? If that's the case, I would hate to see how he looked after the Yellow Jackets won on a last-second field goal.
