Georgia Tech football is 4-0! Who cares if three of those wins were over FCS Wofford, perennial doormat Tulane and FBS newcomer Georgia Southern? The Yellow Jackets beat Virginia Tech in Blacksburg on Saturday to get to 4-0! Get excited!

Georgia Tech students, however, must not be terribly excited. The on-field product is evidently not appealing enough to draw students to Bobby Dodd Stadium for an ACC showdown under the lights on Oct. 4. Instead, the athletic department is enticing students to attend by promising those who reserve their (free) tickets ahead of time will be entered into a drawing to win one of five authentic Star Wars Stormtrooper helmets.

Georgia Tech is going for a whiteout that night, so the first 2,500 students through the gate will receive a Stormtrooper mask, presumably of a lower quality.

Nothing goes together like football and Star Wars.
