San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick has been voted the most stylish player in the NFL, beating out New York Giants' Victor Cruz, Carolina Panthers' Cam Newton and several other of the league's more fashion forward athletes in GQ's "Style Wars."

In addition to the pride that comes with being anointed football's best dressed man, Kaepernick also pulled in $10,000 for his charity of choice, Camp Taylor, which helps young people with heart disease and their families, according to the press release.

“Thanks everyone who took the time to vote, and a big thanks to GQ for putting together this creative program,” says Kaepernick. “It’s all about the kids at Camp Taylor, and to be able to give these kids something to smile about is the biggest win to me.”

It turns out those two rooms filled with 400 shoes in Kaepernick's house were just him trying to help out a great cause.
