NCAA mascots are once again competing in the Capital One Mascot Challenge, with a new challenge being unveiled each week and points being tallied based on fan support.

This week, in honor of Halloween, the mascots are having a pumpkin-carving contest, an impressive skill considering how little dexterity those giant felt hands have.

Joe Bruin of UCLA probably leads the pack here, with Big Red of Western Kentucky and The Citadel's Spike fighting for second-best. Michigan State's Sparty needs to show a little more enthusiam if he wants to be taken seriously in the world of competitive pumpkin-carving though.
