Broncos receiver Emmanuel Sanders is enjoying life after Wikipedia pronounced him dead after he took a big hit.

Denver Broncos receiver Emmanuel Sanders doesn't seem to mind that Wikipedia pronounced him dead after St. Louis Rams safety Rodney McLeod clocked him with a big hit on Sunday.

He had to leave the game with a concussion, but would later tweet a photo:
