Wisconsin-Superior hockey team will wear ugly Christmas sweater jerseys

This whole ugly Christmas sweater phenomenon is really getting out of control. The University of Wisconsin-Superior Yellowjackets hockey teams are the latest to get in on the trend an will bust out some special holiday-themed sweaters for a pair of games this weekend.

The men’s team will wear them Friday night for their home game against Wisconsin-River Falls, while the women’s team takes its turn Saturday night, also against River Falls.

They sure are ugly, but at least it’s for a good cause

The jerseys will be auctioned off for charity later, and UW-Superior is holding toy drives for Toys for Tots all weekend.
