Fan uses Tom Brady's number to win $1 million drawing at Patriots game

A New England Patriots fan was chosen to be part of a $1 million drawing at halftime of the team's game against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday, and came away a winner with a little help from Tom Brady.
Ernest Tomascik was selected from over 965,000 entrants in a scratch-off second chance drawing. He had to step onto the field at Gillette Stadium and choose one of 24 envelopes, two of which contained a $1 million prize, according to Shutdown Corner.
The New Bedford, Mass., resident chose number 12 in honor of Tom Brady and became an instant millionaire.

Tomascik would have been having a great day no matter what number he picked, as the remaining 22 envelopes all had a $100,000 prize in them, plus the Patriots rolled the Dolphins 41-13.
