The San Jose Sharks held a Metallica-themed night in January, which featured the Bay-Area metal band dropping the puck before the Sharks took on the Los Angeles Kings. In addition, each band member receiving a custom jersey from the team.

Now those sweaters have been autographed and put up for auction by the team with the proceeds being split between the Sharks Foundation and the Sierra Club.

The bidding ends on Thursday night, with each of the jersey's high bid currently sitting around $1,200.
