British jockey Lewis Ferguson flipped over a fence in a frightening fall Wednesday but was uninjured, amazingly.
Ferguson was riding Merrion Square, a 4/7 favorite, in a steeplechase race when he was thrown off the horse just before a jump. Ferguson flipped over the fence and landed in the path of several other horses.

Despite how dangerous the fall seemed, Ferguson reported no injuries.
"He walked into the parade ring and was chatting away as if nothing had happened, calm as you like," racetrack employee Barry Johnson told The Guardian. "It was amazing, I’ve never seen anything like it. It was certainly the worst fall I’ve ever seen and I’m just glad he’s all right because I feared the worst."
Ferguson posted on Twitter that he was "absolutely fine."
