Fan honors Travis Ishikawa's NLCS walk-off HR with custom jersey

Fan honors Travis Ishikawa's NCLS walk-off home run with custom jersey.

Last year, Giants first baseman Travis Ishikawa lifted San Francisco to the World Series with a walk-off home run in Game 5 of the NLCS against the St. Louis Cardinals.

The Giants went on to win the World Series over the Kansas City Royals in seven games, their third title in five seasons.

Now, a fan has come up with a clever way to honor that home run. As seen at San Francisco's home opener on Monday:

Ishikawa is currently on the disabled list, but hopefully the fan will be back when he's healthy and will get to see "Ishika-Walkoff" in person.

You can relive Ishikawa's game-winner in all its glory below.
