Pirates hiding Clint Hurdle gnomes all over Pittsburgh

The denizens of Pittsburgh should keep their eyes peeled this week, as the Pirates are using the city as the setting for a Clint Hurdle Gnome scavenger hunt.
The event will take place over three days with the pint-sized statues of the manager being hidden at various city landmarks. Fans fans lucky enough to find Hurdle will receive tickets to a Pirates game.
The gnome is quickly becoming the baseball giveaway du jour after the Nationals' fanbase went crazy for the Jayson Werth gnomes the team handed out last season, with some of the bearded tchotchkes selling for over $100 on eBay.

The Nationals also turned the love of the gnomes into a scavenger hunt, hiding the toys, along with playoff tickets, around Washington, D.C., last September.
