Eric Byrnes caught a lot of baseballs in his decade long run in MLB, but he may have never celebrated more than when he caught a foul ball as a fan on Thursday night.

Eric Byrnes caught a lot of baseballs in his decade long run in MLB, but he may have never celebrated more than when he caught a foul ball as a fan on Thursday night.

Byrnes posted a photo of him with his young son showing off the souvenir and calling the play the catch of his life.

It seems Byrnes was celebrating a little too much, as his old A's and Diamondbacks teammate Dan Haren saw the retired outfielder's tweet about the catch and had a hilarious response, explaining to Byrnes the dugout's reaction to his post-catch antics.

While Haren may not have thought much of his old friends cheering, some people were pretty impressed by the whole sequence.
