Bryce Harper turns down fan's prom proposal, signs baseball

Bryce Harper had to turn down a fan's prom proposal, but he still made her day.

Washington Nationals outfielder Bryce Harper is a popular guy. 

It's not odd for him to get random requests on game days, such as being thrown a phone by a fan (he took a selfie with it, by the way). And even on the road, Harper has fans.

At PNC Park in Pittsburgh on Thursday night, a girl who appears to be a Pirates/Nationals hybrid fan and clearly plans ahead made a sign asking the 22-year-old ballplayer to her 2016 prom.

Harper, who obviously has a pretty tight schedule, unfortunately had to decline. But he still took the time to make the fan's day, and the Nationals captured her perfect reaction.
