Joe Theismann may be 65, but the former quarterback is still willing to show off his physique as seen when he recently hit the gym with heavyweight boxer Shannon (The Cannon) Briggs.

The always excitable Briggs is pretty hyped up to have Theismann in the ring with him, getting the ex-Redskin to flex for the camera as he tells the world that The Cannon will be the next heavyweight champion.

After the workout, Theismann jokingly wondered on Twitter if he may have intimidated Briggs in the ring.
