Northwestern plays ‘Serial’ theme during replay review

Northwestern played the theme from the podcast “Serial” during a replay review.

What Northwestern may lack in a storied football tradition, it perhaps makes up for in witty jokes. 

The same school that gave us Seth Meyers and Stephen Colbert is having some fun during replay reviews. In the first half of Saturday's game against Stanford, the Wildcats busted out the theme from the podcast “Serial” during a review:

​As for on the field...the Wildcats are hanging in there with Stanford. Northwestern led 10-3 at halftime.
