DeAngelo Hall left the Redskins’ Thursday night game against the Giants during the third quarter with a strained right toe that could cause the veteran to miss significant time.
While such an event would put most people in a terrible mood, Hall still took a moment to make one fan’s day as he was being driven off the field at MetLife Stadium.

Special moment just happened in the tunnel @mlstadium Brian here, a 12 yr old @redskins fan just saw @dhall23skins in the hallway & said "Hey DeAngelo, I'll say a prayer for you." Hall said thanks kid, I needed that....and then threw him his game jersey. #TrueStory #powerofprayer #thatjusthappened #MeanJoeGreene #classy
A 12-year-old Redskins fan saw Hall in the tunnel and told him he would have the cornerback in his prayers, so the three-time Pro Bowl player thanked him by giving him the jersey off his back.
Hall will have an MRI on the injury on Friday to discover the extent of the injury in his foot.
