Alex Rodriguez and the Yankees may have been eliminated in the American League wild-card game, but that doesn’t mean A-Rod is going away.

Last football season, Rodriguez was active in the public eye, hanging out at a 49ers game in December.

This year, Rodriguez is in Tallahassee, Fla. to watch the Hurricanes take on the Florida State Seminoles.

A-Rod spoke with Miami AD Blake James, then posed for a photo.

Only five months or so until Rodriguez is back in uniform with the Yankees.
