Clemson players don’t know who legendary running back Jim Brown is

Clemson coach Dabo Swinney thought it was a funny joke to make Jim Brown a Tigers captain against Syracuse. The players didn’t see what was so funny.

Top-ranked Clemson should handle lowly Syracuse pretty easily on Saturday, so Tigers coach Dabo Swinney is having a little fun in the lead-up to the game. 

Dabo made long snapper Jim Brown a captain for the game against the Orange, but when he told the players no one got the joke.

Incredible. Everyone knows Jim Brown was an All-America lacrosse player for Syracuse.
