Charles Woodson
Charles Woodson played his final NFL home game on Thursday night, a 23-20 overtime victory for Oakland over San Diego. The Raiders honored the future Hall of Famer with a special trick play in what might have been their final home game in Oakland. Woodson gave a phenomenal and emotional pregame speech and also addressed the fans following the victory. And his postgame press conference was interrupted by his son, who had a very important message.

Canadiens star P.K. Subban partnered with Air Canada to create a Winder Wonderland at the Montreal Children's Hospital. Kids were surprised with Christmas cookies, presents and tons of other items in this very emotional video.
