A seven-year-old boy in Scotland wants to manage his favorite soccer team, if he’s allowed to leave school early.

Inverness Caledonian Thistle FC is looking for a new manager after John Hughes left following a seventh-place finish in the Scottish Premiership. A kid named Ewen thinks he’s the right guy for the job, provided he’s able to balance his managerial duties with his schooling.

“I can speak to my headmaster and see if he would be up for letting me leave school early for important matches and training,” Ewen wrote in an application letter to club president Kenny Cameron. “I’m sure it won’t be a problem, as long as the players will be able to chip in and help me with my homework!!!”

Neymar gave his new wax figure a very thorough inspection

He wants to surround himself with an experience coaching staff, so he sounds like a great candidate.
