The Vikings 'hazed' Laquon Treadwell with a really lame prank

The Vikings’ veterans need to come up with better jokes than this.

Vikings rookie receiver Laquon Treadwell has been made the victim of an insufferably lame prank.

Vikings veterans “surprised” Treadwell for his 21st birthday by stuffing his car with 60,000 bags of fruit snacks. This is actually a very bad prank.

First of all, fruit snacks come in bags. Unlike the similar (but more evil) fill-a-car-with-popcorn prank, there aren’t really any stakes here. It’s a little annoying, but all Treadwell has to do is push the bags out somewhere, or at least give himself enough room to drive. Treadwell will take as much time getting the fruit snacks out of the car as it took for the “pranksters” Teddy Bridgewater and Kyle Rudolph took to get them in. (Although I guess Bridgewater and Rudolph probably had some ball boy do the grunt work.)

Also, Treadwell can easily become a hero by donating the fruit snacks to those in need.

Next time, the Vikings should just tape Treadwell to a goal post and be done with it.
