Last-minute injury report: Week 9

Tight end Chris Cooley, who broke his right ankle against the Eagles before Washington's bye week, has a follow-up appointment Monday and could be out for the year. The Redskins are definitely missing two other guys (punter Hunter Smith, cornerback Bryon Westbrook), while linebacker H.B. Blades and safety Chris Horton are listed as questionable.
Falcons wide receiver Roddy Whitewill play, even though he's listed as questionable. Offensive tackle Sam Baker will play, too; Defensive end John Abraham and defensive tackle Jonathan Babineaux are also both listed as questionable.
UPDATE: A report saysCardinals receiver Anquan Boldin will be inactive for today's game. He's battling a high ankle sprain and could definitely use the week off.
UPDATE: Bears wide receiver Devin Harris and defensive tackle Tommie Harrisare both active today and will play.

The bad news: The Cardinals' AnquanBoldin is, once again, a game-time decision. The good news: It's an early game so you'll find out before you have to set your lineup. Boldin sprained his ankle on Oct. 11, put up decent enough numbers the next two weeks, then left the game in the third quarter last week. Boldin's injury is a high ankle sprain, which are notoriously slow to heal. He's listed as questionable but, even if he plays, might not put up big numbers. If you can plug in another receiver, do so. On the defensive side, end Kenny Iwebema and linebacker GeraldHayes are listed as questionable.
Also coming off an ankle injury is Bears wide receiver DevinHester, who says he will play (he's listed as questionable). He also said his ankle won't cause him any problems. Safety Danieal Manning is also listed as questionable for Chicago.
UPDATE:Cedric Benson should be starting in every league now, but just in case: While he won't have rookie offensive tackle Andre Smith today, Benson will not have to face Ravens defensive tackle Haloti Ngata, who's inactive. Start him!

The Ravens are pretty healthy on the offensive side, with tackle Jared Gaithersuccessfully returning last week. Defensive tackle Haloti Ngata is listed as questionable but expects to play; safeties Haruki Nakamura and Tom Zbikowski are also both questionable.
Bengals offensive tackle Andre Smith, the team's first-round pick in this year's draft, might make his debut. Smith, who fractured his foot two days after ending his holdout, is listed as questionable. He was a solid run blocker in college, so this could mean an upgrade for running back Cedric Benson, already the surprise stud fantasy running back this year. Safety Roy Williams is also listed as questionable for Cincinnati.
UPDATE: Colts running back Donald Brown is inactive today. Joseph Addai got most of the carries last week (20 carries, 62 yards; Chad Simpson got the only other rush) and should be set to get the bulk of the carries once again.
UPDATE: Colts wide receiver Pierre Garcon is active today and will play.

It's not due to injury (it's due to fumbles), but be aware: Steve Slaton, hyped as a breakout fantasy stars and taken in the first round in bigger leagues, has lost his starting job to Ryan Moats. (Slaton is still likely to play in passing situations.) The Texans' starting tight end will also change this week, but that is due to injury: Owen Daniels is out for the year. That means more looks for Texans No. 2 receiver Kevin Walter. The new starter at tight end is Joel Dreessen, normally Houston's long snapper.
The Colts lost two starters in the defensive secondary this week as both cornerback Marlin Jackson and safety Bob Sanders were placed on injured reserve. Jackson was injured in practice Wednesday, while Sanders tore his left bicep against the 49ers. Corner Kelvin Hayden is also out for this week's game, as is wide receiver Anthony Gonzalez, who had his knee scoped this week and will be out for at least another month. Matt Stover will kick for the Colts as Adam Vinatieri is out again this week; wide receiver Pierre Garcon and running back Donald Brown are listed as questionable.
UPDATE: Wide receiver Bobby Wade is inactive for the Chiefs today; newly-acquired wideout Chris Chambers is active for Kansas City. But, if your season depends on Chambers, you might as well quitnow.

The Chiefs are healthy at all the skill positions, and only have two guys on the bad side of the injury report: Safety Jon McGraw, who's doubtful, and guard Mike Goff, who is questionable.
The Jaguars are just as healthy as the Chiefs, though that didn't stop them from losing to then-winless Tennessee last week. Cornerback Scott Starks is out with a hamstring injury, while fellow corners Rashean Mathis and Brian Witherspoon are listed as probable.
UPDATE: Miami linebacker Channing Crowder and defensive tackle Jason Ferguson are both inactive today. Upgrade Lawrence Maroney and the Patriots running game a little bit.
UPDATE: Patriots tight end Ben Watson is active today.

The Dolphins, healthy all season, have a two-person injury report: Defensive tackle Jason Ferguson and linebacker Channing Crowder are both listed as doubtful. Neither is a great fantasy option in IDP leagues anyway.
The Patriots have a bunch of players already officially out: Wide receiver Julian Edelman, tackle Matt Light, running backs Sammy Morris (and Fred Taylor, obviously) and defensive end Jarvis Green. Green is out for a few weeks after knee surgery. Defensive end Ty Warren is listed as questionable but is likely to return today; he injured his ankle in the Patriots' win in London over Tampa Bay. Tight end Benjamin Watson, also listed as questionable, is also likely to play.
UPDATE:Antonio Bryant is inactive today for the Buccaneers. Michael Clayton will assume the No. 1 wideout role in his absence.

No one has been sacked more than Aaron Rodgers (who's probable with injuries to his feet), but there's good news: It appears the Packers will have their two starting tackles for the first time all year. The only downside is starting center Jason Spitz was placed on injured reserve Saturday. Wideout Jordy Nelson is out again with a knee injury, while Donald Driver is listed a probable with a neck injury.
Buccaneers wide receiver Antonio Bryant is listed as questionable and is unsure whether he'll play Sunday. He says he re-aggravated his knee injury on the long plane ride back from London. Fellow wideout Michael Clayton is also listed as questionable with a wrist injury; cornerback Elbert Mack is questionable with an ankle injury.
Panthers wide receiver Mushin Muhammad will likely miss Sunday's game with a sprained MCL. The Panthers, winners of three of four, will again be without yeoman fullback Brad Hoover; kicker John Kasay is listed as questionable. Running back Jonathan Stewart is also listed as questionable, but is likely to play.
Saints wide receiver Lance Moore will miss this week's game against the Panthers, as will defensive tackles Sedrick Ellis, who's out with a knee sprain, and Kendrick Clancy, who has been placed on injured reserve. With Moore's injury, anticipate more consistent looks for Devery Henderson.
UPDATE: Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson will be active today against the Seahawks. You can safely start him.

Lions Wide receiver Calvin Johnson is officially game-time decision, though he appears more likely to play than not. Johnson (kind of surprisingly) didn't play last week; since Lions-Seahawks is a late start, it's a bit of a gamble keeping him in your lineup. Officially, Johnson's listed as questionable, as is running back Kevin Smith. Maurice Morris will go if Smith can't.
The Seahawks are healthy! Every player not in injured reserve practiced on Friday; the only player on Seattle's injury report who's listed as worse than probable is wide receiver Ben Obamanu, who's not on your fantasy team anyway. Quarterback Matt Hasselbeck and safety Jordan Babineaux are both listed as probable.
Center Nick Hardwick is out. Otherwise, the Chargers are relatively healthy: Linebacker Tim Dobbins is listed as doubtful, with linebacker Kevin Burnett and defensive tackle Ogemdi Nwagbuo listed as questionable.
The Giants' continue to be thin in the secondary, as Aaron Ross will again miss this week's game. They did make a change at safety, with Aaron Rouse replacing C.C. Brown at safety. Listed as questionable on the injury report for the Giants are linebacker Michael Boley and defensive tackle Chris Canty.
A bunch of individual defensive player league stalwarts are listed as questionable for the Titans: Linebacker David Thornton, safety Vincent Fuller and cornerback Nick Harper. Only Harper is expected to miss the game; Rod Hood will fill in for him.
49ers cornerback Nate Clements is possibly out for the season with a fractured scapula; defensive end Demetric Evans is also out this week with a shoulder injury. Otherwise, the Niners are relatively healthy.
UPDATE: Despite earlier reports, it appears Andy Reid will hold out Brian Westbrook for one more week. LeSean McCoy will start in his place for the second straight week. He put up decent numbers last week against the Giants (11 rushes, 82 yards, 1 TD; 2 catches, 10 yards), though most of that was in one long touchdown rush.

The Cowboys are healthy; only return man Allen Rossum is out of Sunday night's game against the Eagles.
Running back Brian Westbrook will start; he missed last week's game after suffering a concussion the previous week against Washington. Strongside linebacker Chris Gocong is listed as doubtful and probably won't play; rookie Moise Fokou will start. Wide receiver Kevin Curtis continues to be out.
The Steelers only have three men on their injury report: Safety Ryan Clark (questionable), defensive end Travis Kirschke (doubtful) and linebacker Lawrence Timmons (doubtful).
The Broncos are similarly healthy, with only tackle Ryan Harris and defensive end Ryan McBean out. Yes, sadly, McBean will be missing a chance to take down the team that employs Steely McBeam.
