Fantasy Football Cheat Sheet: Julio Jones among Week 15 questions

Questions surround several wide receivers this morning. One of the biggest questions this week is whether or not Atlanta WR Julio Jones (hip) will start. Reports say that the Falcons will test him Sunday morning and make a decision about two hours before gametime. Redskins believe that WR DeSean Jackson (shin) will suit up after missing last week's game. Should his owners confidently start him, or bench him in favor of a more healthy starter?Get Texans' WR Andre Johnson out of lineups, as he will be sitting after suffering a concussion in Week 14.

In quarterback news this week, Panthers' Cam Newton is out, following a car accident on Tuesday, and Browns' Johnny Manziel is in, making his much-awaited first start in the NFL this week. Should Newton's owners consider starting Manziel or Derek Anderson, who will be starting for the Panthers against the lowly Buccaneers this week?
