Fantasy football chat: Setting championship lineups in Week 17

Playing for a fantasy football title in Week 17? Ask Michael Beller who to start and who to sit in our Twitter chat.

Only a fraction of fantasy owners are playing in Week 17 (many leagues play their championships during Week 16), but determining who to start during the NFL's final day of regular season games can be incredibly tricky. Teams like the Patriots and the Colts, who have already locked up their postseason position, are wont to rest their starters to some extent, while other teams could be playing to extend their season an extra week.

It wouldn't be surprising to see New England, who has locked up home-field advantage throughout the playoffs, sit many of their starters, including Tom Brady, Julian Edelman and Rob Gronkowski, during their regular-season finale against the Bills. Same goes for owners of Colts starters, as Indianapolis has clinched their division and the No. 4 seed in the AFC. T.Y. Hilton, who sat out the Colts' blowout loss to the Cowboys, will likely only play in a limited capacity as he nurses a hamstring injury, and Andrew Luck will likely see some time on the bench, as well.
