Washington Redskins wide receiver Pierre Garcon has dropped his lawsuit against daily fantasy sports provider FanDuel. The two sides reportedly agreed to a settlement.

Garcon’s lawyer, Brain Murphy, told ESPN that the case was resolved on confidential terms. 

The wide receiver filed a class action lawsuit against FanDuel in October in the U.S. District Court of Maryland. 

The lawsuit claimed that the company was using the names and images of players without their permission. Garcon was seeking over $5 million on behalf of his fellow players.

Unlike DraftKings, FanDuel does not have a licensing agreement with the NFL.

Garcon previously had a social media marketing deal with FanDuel in 2014.
