2023 WM Phoenix Open Final Prize Money, Payouts: Scottie Scheffler Wins $3.6 Million

An elite field descended in the desert this week for WM Phoenix Open, competing for a record-breaking purse as it became a "designated event" on the PGA Tour.
A year ago, Scottie Scheffler won at TPC Scottsdale for his first PGA Tour win, the jumping-off point for a remarkable two-month run that saw him win four times and soar to No. 1 in the world.
Scheffler's last win in that run was the 2022 Masters, and he hadn't won since then—until Sunday, where he successfully defended his WM Phoenix Open title. He collected $3.6 million from a $20 million purse, more than twice what he won a year ago, and regained the No. 1 ranking.
