The professional golf world had some huge news drop from out of nowhere on Tuesday morning when the PGA Tour, DP World Tour and LIV Golf announced a merger that will bring to an end the heated rivalry and unify men's golf. 

This was a shocking announcement that caught everybody by surprise, and while we’re still working on getting all the details on what this means for everyone involved, it quickly became quite clear that Phil Mickelson was happy to hear the news.
