Patrick Cantlay’s Ryder Cup Teammates Celebrated His Match-Winning Putt by Hilariously Shaking Their Hats at Him

Patrick Cantlay made sure the U.S. team left Day 2 of the Ryder Cup with some momentum, as his lengthy birdie putt on the 18th hole gave he and Wyndham Clark a 1-up victory over Rory McIlroy and Matt Fitzpatrick.
Cantlay’s teammates went nuts when the putt hit the bottom of the cup, and found the perfect way to celebrate it by waving their hats at him.
Cantlay had been trolled by European fans all day long about why he might not be wearing a hat, and that wasn’t lost on his teammates.
