‘A storm in a teacup’ with PGA Tour's Patrick Reed during Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines
Despite so much controversy swirling about his drop from an embedded ball last weekend, Patrick Reed crafted a five-shot victory at the PGA Tour’s Farmers Insurance Open with a stunning short game. “Grill Room” co-hosts Bob Bubka and Jay Randolph Jr. discuss Reed's victory at Torrey Pines from several angles. Bubka questions how CBS’ announcers can dispute a decision by a PGA Tour rules official, but Randolph counters that the younger generation of touring pros needs to do a better job of policing themselves. Instructor David Leadbetter calls the ordeal “a storm in a teacup to try to make something out of nothing.
