In the latest edition of "Projct Golf," our original fitness series, Jordan Jeske says it's vital to understand how to internally and externally rotate your hips during your swing. It's the key to loading and shifting weight, giving you more mobility and more power. 

Jeske says to give these two exercises a try to create more stability and awareness in your lower body. Perform 10 reps a side for 1-3 sets
