Do you struggle with losing posture during your golf swing? Here's an exercise you can add to your routine: hip thrusters with a band "pull-apart" is a simple but effective drill that can help you stop losing posture in your golf swing and create more vertical thrust, which is one of your main power sources. Perform 3 sets of 20 reps. You also can pair these with a "30-60s plank" for an even bigger boost.
