Check back throughout the night for scores/details.

Riordan 64, Salesian 57: In one Open semifinal in San Francisco, Texas A&M-signee Jasir Rencher scored 20 points, Andrew Hilman added 14, Ryder Bush 11 and John Tofi 10 as Riordan held off Salesian 64-57. The top-seeded Crusaders used an 11-0 run in the second to take a lead for largely the rest of the game. The Crusaders (28-1) made more than 10 free throws in the fourth quarter including six by Tofi down the stretch. Salesian (27-4) got 29 points from Elias Obenyah, one of many key players returning next year. Riordan will host De La Salle Tuesday for the NorCal title.

De La Salle 47, Folsom 38: Folsom took its first lead since early in the first quarter with 3:30 left in the game, but the host Spartans (28-4) scored the last 10 points of the game to win this slugfest going away. Alec Blair, nursing a bum ankle, was still very good with 14 points and David Balogun added 12. Joven Dulay led Folsom with 12 points.

San Ramon Valley 77, Oakland Tech 74 (OT): What a game. Elliot Cdonley faked, thought about it, faked again, then went for it, drilling a three-pointer from the right wing with three seconds in overtime to give the Wolves (25-9) the hard-earned win. Tech (25-6) had one last shot and ArDarius Grayson, under heavy duresss, nearly banked in a 25-footer at the buzzer, but it rolled in and out and San Ramon Valley prevailed. Tech (25-6) is the defending D2 champion, SRV is defending D1 champs. Luke Isaak, a UC Irvine signee, picked up from his 37-point outing in the quarterfinals. He had 29 points through three quarters.

"That was as close to a heavyweight battle as you will see," SRV coach Brian Botteen said. "So much for coach Hart and his team. Nobody lost this evening.

"The difference? We had the last shot that went in, lol. It was each team throwing haymakers at one another and seeing who would be last standing. Very happy we get an extra day of rest. The boys need it."

Grayson, the reigning Metro Player of the Year selection of the San Francisco Chronicle, left it all out there with 36 points in his final prep game.

Xan Meyer-Plettner had 16 points and Jasen Davis 14 for Tech. San Ramon Valley countered with Isaac (33 points) and Mason Thomas and Conley, both with 15 points apiece.

San Ramon Valley will visit Lincoln-Stockon, the third seed, on Tuesday after the Trojans had little trouble defeating St. Ignatius, 61-37.

In D2, fifth-seed Destiny Christian of Sacramento, moved into the finals with a 55-42 win over visiting Clayton Valley Charter. Destine Christian plays fellow Sac-Joaquin Section power Jesuit, a 63-60 home winner over Clovis East in Tuesday's NorCal championship.

In D3, top-seed King's Academy won an all-Central Coast Section semifinal over fifth-seed Carlmont-Belmont, 75-69 and will host Palo Alto, another CCS squad, a 63-52 winner over Christian Brothers.

In D4, top-seed Woodside Priory had little trouble with fifth seed Berkeley, winning 69-48, and will play third-seed Santa Cruz, which pulled out a 55-52 win over 15th-seed upstart Lincoln of San Francisco.

In D5, top seed University Prep was upset by Fortune Early College, 65-61. Fortune will host International, which edged Alhambra 50-49, two weeks after losing to the same team in NCS finals.
