Centerfielder Angel Pagan is set to rejoin the San Francisco Giants for the first time since mid-June, according to CSN Bay Area

Giants manager Bruce Bochy said Pagan is expected to join the team in Milwaukee on Wednesday and get back into the Giants lineup on Thursday.

Pagan completed a two-game minor league rehab stint Tuesday night, going 1-for-4 with an RBI for Triple-A Fresno.

The centerfielder has not played for San Francisco since June 14 and was on the 15-day disabled list with lower back discomfort and a bulging disc. He tried to return in late June but experienced a setback in his recovery.

Pagan was hitting .307 with three home runs and 19 RBI in 63 games before the injury. As CSN Bay Area points out, over the past two years the Giants are 77-58 with Pagan in the lineup, and 60-79 without him.
