Tigers outfielder Rajai Davis made an early exit in the loss to the Twins on Saturday night with what the team is calling a "grade 1 pubic symphysis sprain" and will undergo more tests on Sunday.

The 33-year-old, now finishing up his first season with the Tigers, sustained the injury when he grounded out to end the second inning. He exited and did not return. EzequielCarrera replaced him in center field to start the third inning. The Tigers ended up losing 12-3.

Davis is at the end of the first year of a two-year deal he signed with Detroit in the offseason. He likely ends the season hitting .282 with 51 RBI and 36 stolen bases.

The Tigers finish their regular season on Sunday vs. the Twins.
