The 27-year-old right-hander was 8-4 with a 2.85 ERA last year in 17 starts and one relief appearance. He made $527,500.
Owners have won three of five decisions, including the Pirates' victory over second baseman Neil Walker, who will earn $8 million instead of his $9 million request. Pirates infielder Pedro Alvarez remains scheduled for a hearing.
