White Sox P Chris Sale expected to miss 3 weeks with foot fracture

Chicago White Sox pitcher Chris Sale is expected to miss three weeks after suffering an avulsion fracture on his right foot, the team announced on Saturday.
General manager Rick Hahn told Comcast SportsNet Chicago's Dan Hayes that Sale suffered the injury while unloading something off the back of his truck.
In 174 innings last season, Sale posted a 2.17 ERA with 208 strikeouts and 39 walks. The 25-year-old is entering his sixth season with the White Sox.
The White Sox said that they will have more clarity on Sale's status for Opening Day (April 6) after further testing.
