LAKELAND, Fla. (AP) Tigers outfielder Yoenis Cespedes left Thursday's game against the Philadelphia Phillies with tightness in the front of his left thigh.

Cespedes hit 22 home runs last season for the Oakland Athletics and Boston Red Sox. Detroit acquired him in a trade during the offseason.
