SPEED IT UP

Reds speedster Billy Hamilton, out since injuring his right shoulder in a collision with the outfield wall March 6, is set to return to the lineup for Cincinnati against the Cubs at Mesa, Arizona.

NOT SO BRAWNY

Brewers star Ryan Braun will be back in the lineup to play against Oakland at Phoenix. The former NL MVP is 0 for 7 this spring and has been playing every other day while recovering from offseason thumb surgery.

SIMON SAYS, SHUTOUT

Detroit's Alfredo Simon will make his third start of the spring, facing the Miami Marlins at Jupiter, Florida. Simon has not allowed a run in five innings this spring.

READY TO PITCH

Giants right-hander Sergio Romo, who's been out with a sore shoulder, is expected to see game action. He could throw to catcher Buster Posey, who'll return to the lineup after being excused from Saturday's split-squad games.
