Blue Jays' Stroman to complete Duke degree while rehabbing injury

Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Marcus Stroman will return to Duke to complete his unfinished undergraduate degree and rehab his ACL injury, he tweeted Friday.
I will be heading back to @DukeU this summer to finish my degree. Also, be able to rehab with some of the best doctors in the world! #HDMH

Stroman, who was expected to hold down a spot in the Jays' rotation this spring, studied business and sociology while at Duke, Yahoo Sportsreported in February.
He noted he is looking forward to getting to train with some of the best doctors in the world, but did not specify who he would rehab with.

Stroman tore his ACL earlier this month while fielding a bunt during a pitchers' fielding practice session in spring training. He is expected to miss the entire 2015 MLB season.
The 23-year-old pitcher was drafted by Toronto in the first round of the 2012 MLB draft. In 26 major league appearances over three seasons, he has gone 11-6 with a 3.65 ERA.
