Miami Marlins rightfielder Giancarlo Stanton made a diving catch and subsequent double play in the fourth inning of Wednesday's game against the Atlanta Braves.

After Braves rightfielder Nick Markakis walked to open the fourth, first baseman Freddie Freeman lined the first pitch he saw from Marlins starter Tom Koehler to right field. Stanton ran back to his right and extended for the dive to snag the ball before doubling up Markakis with a strong, one-bounce throw to first.

Don't panic: Should these pitchers be worried after horrid 2015 debuts?

Stanton didn't fare as well at the plate, striking out three times and walking once.

Rays place 1B James Loney on 15-day DL with strained oblique
